The dwarves are perhaps the most faith-driven people on Domus. They are a hard people, born from the rock, and they worship Varros, the Stone God. With their affinity for stone, the dwarves yearned to explore the ground beneath them and find the hidden secrets of Domus. As a result of their natural talents for building and mining, the dwarves were able to engineer new technologies and construct beautiful cities using Ember. However, their advancements were not achieved without a heavy price; much blood was shed when the dwarves first delved into Domus's mountains, due to conflict brought about from the many Shards inhabiting the rock below.
